A 52-year0old Chatham Township man was killed in in the three-vehicle crash on March 28.
Yulia Raynova was driving west when she struck a southbound Jeep Wrangler at the corner of Shunpike Road and Lafayette Avenue on March 28, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said., 52, Chatham Township — then struck a box truck parked on the opposite side of the intersection, officials said. Pacchia was pronounced dead at the scene.
Raynova turned herself in at the Chatham Township police department on Wednesday evening, according to her Red Bank-based attorney, Jonathan F. Marshall.
