Trump has shared a new recording of the conversation on his X account.
Donald Trump has revealed why he sounded 'strange' during his interview on Monday with Elon Musk, following comments that it sounded like he had a lisp or was slurring.'Unfortunately, because of the complexity of modern day equipment, and cellphone technology, my voice was, in certain areas, somewhat different and strange,' Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. 'Therefore, we have put out an actual, and perfect, recording of the conversation.
Trump shared a new recording of the two-hour conversation on his account on X, formerly Twitter, in which his voice sounds much crisper.The conversation was originally livestreamed on Spaces on X, a tool to host live audio conversations.In multiple recordings that had originally circulated on X, including the ones uploaded by Musk and Trump, Trump appeared to slur certain words.Some speculated on social media that the former president might wear dentures.
