‘Tis better to have Love and lost, than to never have Love at all. Sometimes though, Love makes game changing plays that lead to a Seattle Seahawks victory. I am, of course, referring to Julian Love, who evidently “had a hunch” to switch sides with Rayshawn Jenkins on the New England Patriots field goal attempt in the 4th quarter of Sunday’s outing.
Game planning this early in the season often takes a very Rumsfeldian approach; regardless of how many things are known about the opponent, there will always be unknown factors to consider. As for our run defense, it’s imperative that we get that situation sorted out as soon as possible, and I believe we will do exactly that. 185 yards on the ground is a lot, no matter which way you slice it, but the defensive line absolutely wasn’t playing poorly.
