Production on Jared Leto's highly-anticipated Tron: Ares movie has officially been completed in Vancouver, Canada.
“Thanks to an incredible and tireless crew, I really believe we pushed the filmmaking limits on this movie,” Rønning wrote. “Even through six weeks of night shoots you never slowed down. Also, a big thank you to our wonderful cast for leaving everything on screen. I can’t wait to show the world what we’ve done.”
Prior to Tron: Ares’ filming wrap, franchise vet Jeff Bridges confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Kevin Flynn in the upcoming sequel, after over a decade since appearing in Tron: Legacy. The film will also star After Yang actor Jodie Turner-Smith, Past Lives breakout Greta Lee, Golden Globe winner Gillian Anderson, Emmy winner Evan Peters, Shameless alum Cameron Monaghan, and Yellowjackets star Sarah Desjardins.

The film is produced by Emma Ludbrook, Jeffrey Springer, and Leto. Russell Allen will also serve as an executive producer.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
