'Disgusting' cost of Asda butter means only Morrisons more expensive for these essentials
The 'disgusting' cost of butter at Asda means that only Morrisons is more expensive for these shopping essentials.
During that time we've seen the bill for our shopping - a two-pint bottle of milk, a loaf of bread, coffee, teabags, butter, beans, chicken breasts and mince - yo-yo in price.Earlier this month the cost reached a new high, with the bill at each one - Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's - topping £11 for the first time.
The cost means that Asda's overall bill of £11.38, makes it the second most expensive of all, behind Morrisons' £11.55.
