I’ve been writing about video games, television and movies for Forbes for over 10 years, and you may have seen my reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic. I cover all manner of console and PC games, but if it’s about looting or shooting, I’m definitely there. If I’m watching something, it’s usually science fiction, horror or superheroic.
In the eternal quest for balance in Destiny 2, which forever rests on a glaive’s edge, we have some, given that the game is switching over to the similar, but different episodic model.
Most of these are PvE buffs, and this time, we have a bit of PvP friendly fire as a result, where it’s usually the opposite. So, we’ll start with buffs first and nerfs second:– 10% buff against red bar enemies .– 30% projectile speed increase, 25% PvE projectile damage increase, 0.75 second to 0.2 second reduction for time between firing and melee. Shield energy now charges when glaive is held at 1% a second.
As you can see, way more buffs than nerfs, which is always what we like to see. I am very curious to use a lot of these, and finally, finally, I might use the exotic class glaives. I never even crafted the Warlock glaive, ha.
