A lot of Destiny 2 players are not happy with Bungie's recent 'terrible buffs' to exotic class item farming.

Destiny 2 has had a really rough time as of late. The Final Shape was considered a success in the eyes of players, but since then Bungie has unfortunately experienced mass layoffs and the game is in a perilous state. D2 has seen a significant player drop, and many fans are not happy with its current status. Following the most recent update, Destiny 2 fans are frustrated with Bungie’s “terrible buffs” to exotic class item farming. As mentioned, Bungie is not in the greatest state right now.

World chests can still drop the item but won’t increase drop chances from future chests. Unfortunately, despite being presented as buffs, the above changes have been heavily criticized by the community. One Reddit post lambasted Bungie by screaming, “3 Overthrows for 1 Exotic Class Item is absurd,” meanwhile, a new Reddit post says, “Bungie, the ‘buffs’ to exotic class item farming ain’t it. Try again please”. Bungie, the "buffs" to exotic class item farming ain't it.
