Developers have completed designs for Dallas' $750 million Four Seasons hotel and condos on Turtle Creek.
Carpenter said he’s finalized plans with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts for a 240-room five-star hotel on the lower floors of the tower. The top levels of the high-rise will house 118 deluxe residential units.
“Pelli Clarke Pelli has designed this to be a world-class piece of architecture,” Carpenter said. “We are going for the top of the market in every regard. We really want to build the best hotel in America.”The hotel and condo tower will have two swimming pools and a 15,000-square-foot private club.He’s signed the first dining venue:

Zuma now has almost two dozen locations in Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East.The planned Four Seasons Hotel and condominium on Dallas' Turtle Creek will be 35 floors. Carpenter said Zuma will be located at the hotel’s soaring entry court, a glass-topped atrium located on Turtle Creek Boulevard. “They are a world-class restaurant,” he said.
The extensive food and beverage operations and a planned spa in the building are designed to appeal to both locals and visitors. “We look at these projects like an urban resort,” Carpenter said.“The financing markets are not easy these days but we don’t quit,” Carpenter said. “We have concrete proposals from several institutional construction lenders. We’ll select a general contractor very soon. Our goal is to start as soon as possible.
