Tyiece Oninski, of the Town of Turtle in Rock County, called authorities on March 20 to confess she had killed her daughter, Kuren Rein, the night before, according to a criminal complaint. During the 13-minute call, she said she acted to “protect her from somebody else,” later naming Musk as the perceived threat.
When asked if she wanted an ambulance, she snapped: “She’s dead, honey. She needs a hearse.” Officers found the teen dead from multiple stab wounds inside the home, with a knife nearby.
