Attorneys for Tyler Robinson, the man accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk, asked the court to delay the upcoming May hearing.
According to Robinson’s defense team, the prosecution has not finished sharing all the evidence, and the defense needs more time to prepare. Robinson’s lawyers argued that fairness and constitutional rights require the delay. The motion was filed Friday, March 27.
