PHOENIX — Arizona Department of Public Safety troopers are on the scene of what they're calling a deadly crash this morning in the West Valley.
ADOT cameras show a vehicle on its side on the other side of the canal that runs next to the northbound lanes of the freeway.The crash is under investigation.
