Seattle police are asking for the public’s help in solving a fatal shooting that occurred in 2024 at Dr. Jose Rizal Park in North Beacon Hill.
Three people were sitting inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting. One man was pronounced dead at the scene and a woman was shot multiple times. Homicide detectives said the shooting happened the night of Aug.
26, 2024, when dozens of people were gathered at the park. According to investigators, a gray or silver sedan stopped near the victim, and two men got out before gunfire erupted.The victim, identified as Kylan Dingui, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Seattle police. Two young women were also struck by gunfire and injured, police said. We are asking the public to come forward with any information they may have regarding this senseless murder,” Assistant Chief Nicole Powell said in a statement. “Anyone with information is urged to contact the investigator. Anonymous tips are welcome.
