Whether the return of Strictly Come Dancing has got you feeling inspired or you're looking to keep active without going out in the grim weather, a new fitness programme could see you dancing yourself fit in your own living room with some celebs for company.

The pair will teach you how to dance the Cha Cha, Paso and even a little Salsa with all the sessions aimed on improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, flexibility and motor skills while being fun. McCall's 'Own Your Goals Davina' franchise is a health and fitness platform which started more than 20 years ago with the release of her first DVDs and has now moved online to help fans exercise at home online as well as introducing a host of experts on subjects ranging from healthy eating to tackling the menopause.
