The Houston Republican says he's a no on the Republican priority bill unless it gets amended.

“I’ve introduced amendments to do that — but so far our leadership has refused to correct this glaring omission and refused to allow an open amendment process,” said Crenshaw, who is in his third term in Congress.But it doesn’t do a thing to target the drug cartels.
