Dallas police say an officer was arrested by Arlington police on suspicion of driving while intoxicated this week. Sgt. Michael Patino, 48, was arrested on the DWI charge Thursday, Dallas police said. He did not appear in jail records Saturday, and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.Patino was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal-affairs investigation, Dallas police said.
Patino has been at the department since 1998 and is assigned to the special operations unit of the Love Field unit.
