$500M Houston plan would tear down and rebuild Cuney Homes, create two new Third Ward developments

The New Hope Housing development is expected to have 149 mixed-income rental units for people ages 55 and up. "I'm ready for it," said Bernadette Addison, who had lived in Cuney Homes for five years."I want to feel safe going to the store."
