to form Access PT PA LLC. The new entity was formed on March 1. Access Physical Therapy & Wellness has more than 50 locations in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.

All three of the locations in Carlisle, Upper Allen Township and Silver Spring Township will remain in operation and will continue under the Cardin & Miller Physical Therapy name.
