Having scored 11 goals in 14 matches since making the move, the 38-year-old's short stay in the Middle East has been nothing short of action-packed.
In his four months at Al Nassr so far, Ronaldo has seen his side fall six points behind Al Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League and get knocked out of two domestic cup competitions. Several on- and off-field spats have cast a dark shadow over the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's impact in Saudi Arabian football, with former Paris Saint-Germain player Christoph Jallet voicing his concerns about Ronaldo's decreasing prominence."He has become the object of hatred, it's not nice to see certain reactions.
"He is a sports legend and now he is ruining everything. I would have preferred to see him again at Sporting, I don't understand why he made this choice." Al Nassr will take on Al Raed in the Saudi Pro League on Friday night, after which there will be five games remaining in the league season.
