A heartbroken mum and her son have been left 'traumatised' after their Haven Holidays apartment flooded - with water gushing from the light fittings 'like a fountain'.

"With the water still pouring we ran to the main reception, which is a 10-minute walk, and they said maintenance would come down."My son saw me crying , it was just traumatic."
"I had to run up to reception for more towels because I had no way to stop the water from going further. The 45-year-old claims the sink was leaking on her first day, while issues with Haven's app left her unable to book any activities for one of the days.
