It wasn’t to his standards.
“What’s better? We’re confident what we’ve got,” he said. “Yeah, there’s a lot of good that’s going to come from this and come from the changes versus the past year of playing against these guys. One is my play. Simple as that. Go back and turn on that tape. I wasn’t my best in either of those games and wasn’t close to it. The last one, two or three plays away from winning that game and a game being a different score. So yeah, not gonna get into the coaching changes and this and that.
Prescott has come across as prickly when discussing his interceptions with reporters and noted his own irritation with the 49ers having eliminated the Cowboys from the postseason the last two seasons.Thursday afternoon, while speaking with reporters, he was pleasant as usual. But mindful to point out of his displeasure of losing to the 49ers.
