Patrick Corcoran has been jailed for the sickening attack
CCTV cameras captured the sickering and prolonged attack carried out by Patrick Corcoran, in Padiham. It was on April 23, 2021 that Corcoran punched his victim several times while they were sitting in a car with her young child.
The CCTV also showed the thug hitting the victim again, this time in the face causing her torso to move backwards with her hands grasping her face. As she lay on the road cowering, Corcoran kicked her in the head with such force that she lay backwards on the road again. He then sat the slouched victim against his legs before taking hold of her head with one hand and punching her to the head again. Once he finished doing that, he threw her violently to the floor. Corcoran returned to his car and drove off with the victim’s child.
