Most Dallas-Fort Worth school districts and colleges canceled classes or shifted them online Monday and Tuesday amid hazardous road conditions.

In canceling Tuesday classes, some districts said they expected to reopen Wednesday, while others, such as Denton ISD and Argyle ISD, said a decision about Wednesday had not been made. Here’s what we know so far.The district said its crews were monitoring “monitoring temperatures and melting conditions, checking icy roads and bus routes, and inspecting campuses to ensure everything is safe and ready.”The Kaufman County district will delay the start of school Wednesday to 10 a.m. Buses will operate on a two-hour delay.
