A MAN whose son is a Covid-19 patient was yesterday handcuffed and removed from his home in Labuan by police after he repeatedly defied an order to undergo testing and quarantine. Labuan police chief Muhamad Farid Ahmad said personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department and Labuan Hospital went to the 68-year-old’s unit at the LDA flats about 4pm to enforce the order under Section 15 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988.
