PETALING JAYA: The police are investigating a 30-second video, which has since gone viral, showing a woman falling victim to a snatch thief.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Beh Eng Lai said checks revealed that the incident occurred at Jalan 2/3A, Pusat Bandar Utara, Off Jalan Ipoh, at 11.59am on Saturday .
"CCTV footage showed that the victim was walking at the side of the road when her handbag was snatched by a man riding a motorcycle.ACP Beh urged the victim to come forward and lodge a police report as soon as possible. "We also urge those with information on the incident to contact Sentul police at 03-4048 2222 or the nearest police station," he said.
