Ferdinand Marcos, 23, described by the police as a British-Filipino tourist, was taken into custody for acts of lasciviousness, the Southern Police District said in a report. READ:
Investigators said Marcos was partying when he allegedly kissed a 19-year-old woman, identified in the police report only through an alias “Denise,” without consent, and invited another woman, 23, with alias “Queenie,” to have sex with him.
The women informed their friends of the suspect’s conduct, prompting them to report the incident to the police. Such an offense is defined under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code as any lewd act committed by anyone on other persons of either sex, under the same circumstances mentioned in the crime of rape.It wasn’t the first time a Marcos namesake had fallen afoul of the law.In December 2017, news outlets reported the seizure of a cache of firearms and ammunition during a raid in a villa at the posh Fontana Resort and Casino complex in Mabalacat City, Pampanga province.
