The suspect was identified by the Taguig police as Ferdinand Marcos, 23, a British-Filipino, who was nabbed at about 3:20 a.m. at a bar in the Bonifacio Global City.

According to the police, Marcos was having a party in the bar when he suddenly kissed a 19-year-old woman and tried to invite a 23-year-old woman for sex.
