SHAH ALAM: A video of a hit-and-run case that has gone viral is being investigated by the police.
On Saturday , a car that was being driven near the Setia Jasa roundabout abruptly crossed a lane as it was entering the roundabout.The car driver then sped off without stopping to check on the motorcyclist.
"The victim was brought to the Shah Alam Hospital for treatment and has yet to make a police report," said Shah Alam deputy police chief Supt Ramsay Embol in a statement Sunday ."Investigations to trace the driver are ongoing via the CCTV footage obtained. Members of the public with information on the case are urged to go to the Traffic police station in IPD Shah Alam, or contact investigating officer Insp Hasrul at 011-3121 5697," he said.
