Let it simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld. 7) Divide the prepared zoodles among serving plates. Top each plate of zoodles with a generous portion of bolognese sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, delicious meal!
