Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The world of Constellation is only growing bigger heading into its finale. The Apple TV+ sci-fi drama has centered on Noomi Rapace's Jo Ericsson, an astronaut who returns home from the International Space Station after a mysterious accident leaves a fellow astronaut dead.
Peter Harness: I've seen the first thing he said. I'm sure somebody would have told me if he's said anything more about it. My phone suddenly started going crazy, like, at 6 a.m. on a Saturday morning — and I have lost all of my other pairs of glasses apart from these, and I couldn't find my glasses. So, I thought, "Oh, God, what the hell has happened?" Something awful has clearly happened.
The thing that I often find with multiverse stories, and it can be what's very thrilling about them, is that almost anything is possible, and anything can kind of surprise you. But I think over the lifetime of the series — and if we get subsequent series — it will become clearer and clearer what the parameters are.
Peter Harness: I mean, if anyone would care to go back and watch it again — and I'm kind of aware that people are doing that — it's really clear from the beginning. There is one scene that I haven't seen anybody picked up on — but it's not the same that I'm going to talk about now. It's obvious that there are two different Alices and two different conversations going on at the very beginning of the show.
Peter Harness: Well, I would love to do a series 2, but we will have to wait and see for any information about that. The first series might have taken seven years to kind of map out, but part of that was kind of really getting to know who the characters were, and what had happened to them, what their backstory was, and the rules of the universe and things like that.
