Upgrading Tijuana's sewage system is crucial, but it's just one piece of the puzzle. We need a cultural shift, a collective awakening to the interconnectedness of our environment. Educating Tijuana residents about proper waste disposal and enforcing stricter regulations are essential. Fostering a sense of community ownership through clean-up initiatives and promoting responsible waste management are equally important. Simultaneously, significant infrastructure upgrades are necessary.
