In response, Condor plans to restructure its 2025 schedule, ending flights to Frankfurt from Baltimore , Minneapolis-St. Paul , Phoenix , and San Antonio in the U.S., as well as Edmonton and Halifax in Canada. Local officials expressed disappointment but emphasized the region’s potential to attract future international flights.
“This summer, the San Antonio region demonstrated its strong support for trans-Atlantic travel,” Saucedo-Herrera said. “While we understand Condor’s challenging business decision based off the ruling by the German Federal Court of Justice, we remain deeply grateful for their investment in San Antonio.”
