Andrew was last seen on Tuesday evening
Andrew was last spotted at around 10.40pm last night . Concern is now growing for the 49-year-old from south Manchester, officers said.
Andrew is described as being white and around 5ft 10in tall. In an appeal posted on social media in the early hours of this morning, officers said Andrew was last seen wearing a blue hooded coat, with blue jeans, black shoes and a navy blue backpack.
