Good morning, Central Ohio! Rain showers will filter into the region this morning with a few rumbles of thunder possible for southern Ohio. Rain will quickly end by the afternoon with mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be mild one last time in the upper 50s before falling tonight. Winds will shift to the northwest to bring colder temperatures tonight. Overnight lows will plunge into the mid-30s with cloudy skies.
Mostly cloudy skies are on tap for Sunday with a stray shower or two possible near the Ohio River. Highs will be cooler in the upper 40s. Our next weather maker arrives Monday night with rain/snow showers. As temperatures fall, precipitation will quickly switch to snow showers overnight with wet, slushy accumulations possible.
The rain and snow showers end by Tuesday morning with highs in the low 40s. Another shot of rain/snow showers is possible on Thursday; otherwise, dry conditions resume with highs in the low 40s.
