The lawsuit aims to recover the millions of dollars in exorbitant fees that Columbus taxpayers have paid due to this alleged unethical pricing scheme. Napoli Shkolnik PLLC and Ventura Law will serve as special counsel to the city, with no cost to Columbus for these services under a contract approved by City Council in July 2024.
