Terrance P. Cummings, 29, was arrested by the FBI Wednesday morning on federal charges related to exploiting minors, child pornography, and enticement. Charging documents said Cummings provided clothes, drugs, and other valuables to minor victims in exchange for sex.Xanax, cocaine, marijuana, and methamphetamines. She also told investigators that he leftThe victim later opened up to a caseworker at Nationwide Children's Hospital, who told law enforcement that Cummings had sex with her multiple times while she was drugged.
