The stance by Gov. Polis comes amid widespread Democratic frustration over the Trump administration's early actions. House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., on Monday announced the creation of a new “rapid response task force and litigation working group” aimed at pushing back against the administration.
Gov. Polis in December also voiced disappointment with former President Joe Biden over his decision to pardon his son Hunter Biden.
