And then it wasn't.A listing for Colonial Park Mall on commercial real estate website Ten-X for an auction beginning at $2.1 million was taken down Monday morning, according to Lower Paxton Township supervisors, who declined to comment further.Emails to the Kohan Retail Investment Group , which owns the mall, were not returned on Monday. A real estate firm handling the sale of the mall did not return a request for comment, either.
The mostly vacant mall has struggled in recent years and was recently set for sheriff's sale earlier this year due to owed taxes.State lawmakers and Lower Paxton Township supervisors have tried to guide the property's redevelopment to a mix of commercial and residential uses through a re-zoning and incentives.
