We’ll see a few upper level clouds in the area tonight. Precipitation is not expected.

) - Temperatures will drop below freezing again tonight, but it won’t be quite as cold as we saw the last two nights. Expect a light to moderate freeze across most areas. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s in the inland areas to near 30 along the immediate coast.

We do expect to see decent afternoon highs for the remainder of the week, with most locations getting into the low to mid 50s. We could see a few isolated or scattered showers on Friday with a rain chance at 30%. We don’t see any real opportunity for wintry precipitation with that system. But, colder air comes in behind it and it sets the stage for another freezing weekend. For the Conde Cavaliers Mardi Gras parade in Mobile on Friday night at 6:30, expect temperatures in the low 40s with winds at around 20 mph out of the north. Our wind chills will be very impressive on Friday evening. Overnight lows drop to around 20 overnight Friday night. Get ready for one of the coldest Senior Bowls we’ve had in a long long time. The forecast call for highs in the mid-30s and wind chills in the 20s at Hancock Whitney. The coldest night should be Saturday night with lows back into the teens. Significant wind chills and hard freeze conditions are expected once again.FOX10 Weather Storm Tracker App Stay up to date with the FOX10 Storm Tracker Weather App!
