It's a nice taste of Autumn as we're welcoming in cooler, comfortable weather.JACKSONVILLE, FL. — It’s going to feel a lot more like fall in Northeast Florida as the cold front is here, bringing us cooler, drier conditions.
Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says we’ll have a decent breeze out of the north and drier conditions. Tuesday morning temperatures began in the 50s and 60s and we still manage to reach the low to mid 70s this afternoon but the real chill moves in overnight tonight as we drop all the way down to 44 degrees!Tomorrow’s afternoon high will only get up to around the mid to upper 60s with plenty of sunshine and a gusty north wind.
Then we’re in for a series of really nice, pleasant days through the rest of the work week and into the weekend, with slightly below average temperatures.
