CLEVELAND, Ohio - Raynetta Langford lives off of East 55th Street in an apartment owned by the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority.
On Friday, Langford says she came home to glass all over her kitchen floor and bullet holes in her window and another on one of her cabinets.“It took them 2 hours to come over here,” said Langford. “I don’t understand that when headquarters is right across the street.”She told 19 News she called the police last year after a bullet went through her son’s bedroom and the wait time was just as long.″I just want to move this is ridiculous,” said Langford.
