A Cleveland Heights woman says she and her daughter have been without heat in their apartment for several days during freezing temperatures. Stephanie Tisder says she's been forced to use her oven to keep warm and is concerned about the safety hazard. She says the new property management company promised to fix the issue but has yet to do so.
Cleveland Heights woman says her apartment hasn’t had heat for several days during frigid winter weather CLEVELAND HEIGHTS , Ohio - Tenants at Yellowstone Apartments on Noble Road in Cleveland Heights said they have not had heat in several days.
“I have to cut my oven on and open up the doors so I can have heat to go through the house and cut the fan on so it can blow the heat to my back bedroom, so I can stay warm, and I have a child as well that I’m trying to keep warm as well,” Tisder said.“It’s a safety hazard even being here with it on,” Tisder said.Tisder said she and her neighbors received a letter from the property manager a week ago saying they were taking over as new management.
