The $18 million, 20-year contract will provide comprehensive improvements to city facilities and infrastructure -- much of which 'well past its useful life.'
While not a city building, the $60 million Marquee at Cedar Lee mixed-use development project will have considerable green energy features, with completion anticipated by mid-2025. Crews and contractors with the Snavely Group have been installing glass windows on the street-level commercial frontage after tending to the apartments upstairs.
Leopardo Partnership Executive Heather Garay said that ARPA-funded projects will be handled by other contractors -- including the Cain Park Evans With the police station housed in the lower level, Leopardo will focus on both fire stations, Cumberland Pool and the City Service Center -- and possibly some of the police annexes.Responding to an earlier question from Cleveland Heights City Council President Tony Cuda, Leopard officials emphasized that “if you don’t achieve the savings we guaranteed, we have to write you a check.”
