The Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is offering renewable and greenhouse gas-free energy options to customers in the San Diego region. Customers will still receive their bills from San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), but CEA will handle the energy procurement. Each city within the alliance has decided that their residents should have 75% clean energy by default.
