It is truly decadence in a glass, but in the most delightful way. It’s like one of those amazing smoking jackets that I’m a little devastated is no longer a part of our fashion repertoire: soft and warming as velvet, with the cool slick of silk. And then that vodka takes a little bite, breaking up the sweetness with a little power. Go crazy with the garnish and the presentation. I prefer to keep mine a little subdued, with a dusting of cinnamon on top. But just a little — I love that spice, but, man, will it hijack your drink if you are heavy-handed with it. You can add zigzags of chocolate sauce , rim the glass with chocolate and add sprinkles, or pop some whipped cream on there. I mean, you can even do all of the above if you want! Just keep in mind it will affect the sweetness of the drink. But if you like sweet, go for it!
