WUHAN: No new confirmed cases of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) were reported in central China's Hubei Province for Saturday (April 25), said the National Health Commission. On Friday, the province also reported no new deaths from Covid-19.
The commission said 24 Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospital after recovery in the province Friday, all of whom were in the provincial capital of Wuhan.
By the end of Friday, the province had 553 asymptomatic cases under medical observation, after 20 new cases of the category were reported and 11 others were lifted from quarantine after being ruled out coronavirus infection Friday.By Friday, Hubei had reported 68,128 confirmed COVID-19 cases in total, including 50,333 in Wuhan.
China's Heilongjiang Province also reported one new locally-transmitted confirmed Covid-19 case and one new imported confirmed case, the provincial health commission said Saturday.By Friday, the province had reported a total of 544 locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 386 imported cases.Article type: free
