Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese continues to maker her WNBA Rookie of the Year case, breaking multiple league records over the weekend.
In her first season in the WNBA, Angel Reese has made league history. The Chicago Sky forward and first-round pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft broke multiple records over the weekend.
Two days later, Reese broke the WNBA all-time record for rebounds in a single season. The rookie set a new mark by collecting her 405th rebounds in Sunday's game against the Minnesota Lynx. Entering Sunday's game against Minnesota, Reese was averaging 13.2 points and a league-leading 12.9 rebounds per contest. She's also averaging 1.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
