Chandler junior quarterback Dylan Raiola is no longer committed to Ohio State football.
Chandler junior quarterback Dylan Raiola, the top 2024 football prospect in the nation by recruiting services, has rescinded his commitment to Ohio State.in early May. He had been offered by 22 colleges, inclujding his dad's alma mater, Nebraska. Dominic Raiola, who is part of Chandler's coaching staff, working with the offensive linemen, starred at center for the Cornhuskers, before a 14-year NFL career with the Detroit Lions.
Raiola transfered from Burleson High in Texas last December after his family moved back to Arizona. He threw for 3,243 yards and 42 touchdowns at Burleson as a sophomore. This year, he led Chandler to the Open Division semifinals, before losing to eventual champion Chandler Basha 13-0. Raiola threw for 2,435 yards and 22 TDs with five interceptions, completing 178 of 278 passes this year.
