Yi He, 26, of Powell, was sentenced to five years in prison on Wednesday, according to a statement from the United States Department of Justice.Yi will also have to pay restitution and forfeit a Tesla vehicle, according to the statement.From 2018 to 2022, Yi took money from the company's bank account and deposited it into his own. Yi also submitted false and fraudulent financial documents to the leadership of the company undetected, according to the statement.
