A number of Celtic stars are off on international duty and we've taken a look at how they each fared on their travels.
The Japanese duo are two of a host of Celtic stars currently away for internationals and with no competitive games until November, a string of friendlies will have to do them for now. The Parkhead pair take on Germany on Saturday evening although the feeling in the camp is one of uncertainty as questions grow over Hajime Moriyasu's future and the overall state of the national team since their exit from the World Cup.
And boss Jurgen Klinsmann was well impressed with Yang and how he has developed since joining the Hoops. He said: "Yang has been playing well for Celtic and he came on here and was good too. I think it will be very important to see how much he grows and develops both at club and at country level.
