Sushi, wagyu and more will feature on the menu at Catch Dallas, which has officially set an opening date.
The tuna rice cakes at Catch feature tuna tartare and wasabi tobiko. Dallas diners can expect that and more at the forthcoming restaurant.The team behind Catch Hospitality Group comprises Houston billionaire and Landry’s Group CEO Tilman Fertitta and New York restaurateurs Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm.
Diners can expect sushi selections from Toyosu Market in Tokyo, along with a Wagyu program that also allows for tableside searing by hot rock, in the 16,000-square-foot space.While the official Dallas menu has not been released, other Catch dinner menus include options such as baked king crab hand rolls, wagyu fried rice, lobster macaroni and cheese, and whole branzino for two.
At Catch locations in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, brunch is a weekend offering, but it appears to be off the menu for now based on dining hours. The most recently opened Catch outpost in Miami Beach also leaves off brunch and focuses on dinner service.Catch’s new space has been designed by the Rockwell Group. In addition to a modern dining room, the Catch space will hold a 1,900-square-foot private dining room, dubbed The Emerald Room, with indoor and outdoor access.Catch Dallas.
